Impact of Leadership Empowerment on Job Satisfaction of Female Teachers of Girls Colleges of Sindh Mediated by Work Engagement

Purpose- This study aims to determine the role of leadership empowerment and work engagement in predicting job satisfaction female teachers Government Girls Colleges Sindh, Pakistan. 
 Design/Methodology/Approach- The has utilized survey questionnaire consist 36 items collect data from 360 faculty members Degree Sindh. Findings- was analyzed by using SPSS for descriptive analysis Smart PLS software used extract inferential statistics. results have confirmed research objectives answered all questions addressing problem statement. Thus hypotheses were found supported. predicted at rate 29% 32%. played a partial mediation.
 Originality/Value- Job considered as most researched outcome HR. In service sector not attain serious efforts researchers management girl’s colleges address their problems effectively. this context, figured out possible solution teachers’ problems.
